Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Harla Arts.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time: 

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. In particular cases when the products are not in stock, we ship out the orders in 7-10 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been placed. Once the product is shipped you will receive a mail containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages:

If any products are damaged or lost during shipping, please inform us immediately. The order value cannot be refunded, but we will send a replacement of the same item in the next 3-4 working days.

Returns and Exchanges:

We don't take return or exchange the planters once sold. This is as because the handling of fragile goods is very difficult and they surely get damaged if our packing is bit deviated.
